Respond to and handle guest requests in a courteous, efficient, safe manner;
Perform preventive maintenance and necessary repairs on all hotel equipment, including kitchen, laundry, boiler, plumbing, pool, HVAC, electrical and guest rooms;
Take water samples of boiler, loop, and cooling tower systems and treat the water to maintain predetermined levels of chemical concentration;
Operate various equipment; maintain the domestic hot and cold
-water systems and monitor various electrical switch gears to ensure proper operation;
Complete maintenance requests, take equipment and meter readings, and maintain log to notify the next shift
