Respond to guest requests in a courteous, efficient, safe manner;
Perform preventive maintenance and necessary repairs on hotel equipment (kitchen, laundry, boiler, plumbing, pool, HVAC, electrical, guest rooms);
Take water samples of boiler, loop, and cooling tower systems and treat the water to maintain chemical concentrations;
Operate equipment; maintain domestic hot and cold water systems and monitor electrical switch gear;
Complete maintenance requests, take equipment readings, and maintain logs; respond to emergencies including fires, bomb threats, disasters and power failures
