Job SummaryUnder general direction, this Team Leader is responsible for the successful operation of the City’s sailing programs. The Team Leader will also assist with the planning, coordination, and operation of the City’s sailing program. Supervises seasonal part-time sailing program staff and ensures the overall safety of the sailing program. Conducts routine maintenance of sailing equipment and facilities.
