A coastal city in Alabama is looking for a Team Leader to oversee sailing programs during the summer months. The role requires planning and leading sailing activities while ensuring the safety of participants. The ideal candidate will have excellent supervisory skills, a high school diploma, and certifications in CPR and First Aid. Physical ability to swim and manage equipment is necessary.

This position works from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, from May to August.
