Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Traveling Construction Superintendent based in Orange City, FL. The Construction Superintendent will oversee daily operations at small commercial construction sites, manage and supervise on-site staff, ensure compliance with safety and building regulations, and monitor project timelines and budgets. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
Qualifications- Proven expertise in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety practices
- Strong Organization Skills to manage schedules, tasks, and team coordination effectively
- Proficiency in Project Management, including the ability to lead and deliver projects on time and within scope
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
