About the Position
Our client in Orange City/Deland, FL is seeking a permanent full time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for their Oncology position. At least 2 years of experience as a APP. The schedule is M-5, 8am-5pm, on call every four weeks covering Saturday and Sunday for 4-5 hours of rounding in the hospital with the Physician.
Orange City and DeLand are both located in Volusia County and offer a relaxed Central Florida lifestyle with convenient access to larger markets like Daytona Beach and Orlando. Orange City has more of a suburban, small-town feel and serves as a local hub for shopping and healthcare, while DeLand is slightly larger and known for its historic downtown, cultural scene, and Stetson University.

Both areas offer a reasonable cost of living and outdoor recreation nearby (including springs, parks, and beaches within a short drive).

Full Time Permanent Placement

Will be seeing 18-20 ppd
Set schedule going between 2 clinics
M-F 8am-5pm, with on call every four weeks, covering Saturday and Sunday for 4-5 hours of rounding.
Salary starting at $140K, yearly bonus based on the RVUs in the clinic, & small on call stipend
