Full‑Time | 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Every Other Weekend Rotation.

• Vacuum carpets.
• Sweep and mop all tile and linoleum areas.
• Clean bathrooms including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and showers.
• Clean interior windows and sills as needed.
• Change linens as necessary.
• Clean porches as required.
• Dust permanently mounted lamps and fixtures.
• Ensure all lights in and around buildings are in proper working order.
• Wash, dry, and fold resident linens, personal laundry (as contracted), and community linens.
• Complete a thorough weekly cleaning of every occupied apartment, maintaining a minimum standard of 10 apartments per day.
• Perform deep cleaning of every occupied apartment twice per year, including carpet shampooing and linoleum waxing.
• Adhere to the company’s mission and core values.

• Work takes place in the retirement community’s interior, exterior, and resident apartments.
• Requires extensive use of arms, hands, fingers, legs, and back.
• Frequent reaching, pushing, or pulling with arms and hands.
• Frequent standing or walking for 0‑3 hours at a time during an 8‑hour shift.
• Occasional sitting for 0‑1 hour at a time.
• Frequent stooping, bending, kneeling, climbing, talking, seeing, and hearing.
• Frequent exposure to sanitizers and cleaning solutions.
• Frequently lift and/or carry 0‑10 lbs. up to 30 yards unassisted.
• Occasionally lift and/or carry 15+ lbs. up to 30 yards unassisted.
• May be required to support or assist with a resident’s full body weight.
