Pet Supermarket Employee – Store Employee

We are passionate about helping pets and their owners and look for a friendly, enthusiastic Store Employee who loves animals and delivers world‑class customer service.

• Assist in driving sales, service, and customer‑experience initiatives in store by demonstrating our selling and service models to all customers.
• Acknowledge, welcome, and thank each customer in a friendly and timely manner.
• Help customers quickly and positively with product selection and answer their questions to ensure they have the right food and accessories for their pets.
• Maintain consistency and reputation of the store by complying with brand standards.
• Work as part of the team to meet or exceed targeted sales goals.
• Clean pet enclosures and ensure all animals have appropriate food and water.
• Support maintenance of the fish system.
• Restock merchandise on shelves and fixtures and move products from the stockroom to the sales floor.
• Lift up to 55lb. repeatedly throughout a shift, as required.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude in the workplace, including appropriate communication.
• Complete tasks and other duties as assigned by store management.

• Preferred: retail or customer‑service experience.
• Enjoy working with and around animals.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.

• Heavy lifting up to 55lb. several times per shift.
• Standing, walking, and moving around most of the shift.
• Occasional work alone.
• Potential pet‑related injuries; slips, trips, falls, strains and sprains from lifting.
• Temperature‑stable indoor environment.
