Customer Service Representative

• Greet customers and run the register.
• Act as cashier and make purchase suggestions.
• Assist with the store’s food program.
• Maintain high standards for store appearance inside and outside.
• Provide fast and friendly service to all customers.
• Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Accomplish daily tasks with a fun, energetic team.

• Ability to speak with customers in a friendly, communicative manner.
• Work efficiently at a quick pace while enjoying the work environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team to meet daily goals.
• Creative problem‑solving skills and quick thinking.
• Retail and customer service experience (preferred).
• Sales associate or cashiering experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Motivation to advance in your career.
• Willingness to learn and have fun.

• Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Lifts and/or carries up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Occasionally lifts and/or carries up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
• Bends at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift.
• Grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands.
• Handwork may require eye‑hand coordination, and may involve climbing a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
