Overview

Arch Telecom Mobile Associates (MA) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They are brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. In a fast-paced fun environment, they focus first on customer needs, building strong connections and educating customers on device and service solutions. This training‑focused role prepares you for promotion to Mobile Expert.

Responsibilities
  • Help customers resume their shopping journey across online, Customer Care, or in‑store channels
  • Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of our latest technology
  • Conduct side‑by‑side selling to find personalized solutions beyond basic device and service plans, including accessories and IoT devices
  • Guide customers through the purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers, and shared expertise
  • Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy
  • Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, services, and troubleshooting processes
  • Complete training on in‑store experience, new skills, processes, systems, and reference resources
  • Build relationships and partner with employees across channels to own the customer experience, resolve issues, and identify small business leads
Qualifications
  • Strong desire to learn and master customer advocacy skills
  • Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment
  • Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, sharing best practices and resolving issues
  • Ability to balance customer experience and performance goals
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • High school degree or GED
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift objects up to 25 lbs
  • Reliable transportation
  • Full‑time (40 hrs) or part‑time (20+ hrs) availability
