What You’ll Do:

• Lead residential HVAC system installations from start to finish
• Ensure every install meets code, safety standards, and manufacturer specs
• Train and mentor install helpers to build the next generation of talent
• Manage jobsite workflow to keep projects on time and on budget
• Deliver a 5-star customer experience - explaining systems and answering questions with confidence
• Maintain accurate job documentation and represent the company with professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Proven leadership ability in the field
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and installation best practices
• Ability to run a job independently and solve problems on the fly
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Physical capability to perform all installation duties
