Job DescriptionConducts new physician orientations to establish and nurture personal and meaningful relationships with incoming physicians. Provides individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions. Delivers assessments and treatment planning for therapy and group processes. Provides emergency response and debriefing for individuals and teams affected by trauma. Organizes and facilitates physician support groups. Consults with physician practices, medical staff services, residency programs, and hospital departments.
Co-facilitates Physician Leadership Retreats and organizes Couples’ Retreats. Conducts and organizes research activities. Teaches continuing medical education (CME) course curriculum. Designs and delivers presentations and workshops. Serves on planning committees to develop strategies for physician wellbeing and mission integration. Other duties as assigned.

- Integrated knowledge of mental health diagnoses, psychotherapy delivery in all modalities and psycho-social assessments [Required]

- 10+ of experience in direct clinical assessment and psychotherapy delivery [Required]
- Experience delivering mental health services to physicians [Preferred]

- Licensed Psychologist (PSYCH) [Required]
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) [Required]
