Case Dock Laborer

About the Role

T.G. Lee Dairy is looking for adaptable general laborers to perform all-purpose duties such as unloading materials and ingredients, transferring and storing raw and finished products, and operating onsite equipment and machinery safely. General laborers must follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and communicate effectively with all departments.

• $19.50 per hour

• 2nd shift – 5 pm to 5 am; 4‑day work week with rotating days off.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Warehouse, production, or general work experience preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Legible record‑keeping writing skills
• Proficiency with company computer systems
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong listening and communication skills, verbally and in writing
• Follow directions accurately
• Basic arithmetic – add, subtract, multiply, divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
• Must read, write, and speak English
