Lincoln Memorial University (LMU) is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Coordinator of Examination Services to join the DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine (DCOM) at our Orange Park, Florida campus
.
This position plays a vital role in supporting the delivery, preparation, and maintenance of examinations within a medical education environment. The successful candidate will help ensure examination processes run smoothly and accurately while supporting the academic success of future healthcare professionals.
What You’ll Do- Support the preparation, organization, and maintenance of examinations
- Assist with exam coordination and operational logistics
- Help maintain examination integrity and accuracy
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and academic departments to support testing processes
- Provide administrative and organizational support related to examination services
- 2–3 years of experience in an academic setting
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to manage details and maintain accuracy in a fast‑paced environment
- Undergraduate coursework in statistics or higher‑level mathematics
OR - Verifiable professional experience related to statistics, analytics, or examination support
