Field Manager-Jacksonville

Overview

We are looking for a Field Manager for a growing team at an installation, manufacturing and distribution company in Jacksonville, Florida with our Multi Family division. We provide building materials for the residential building market statewide with locations in Jacksonville, Sanford, Clermont, Melbourne, Winter Haven, Tampa and Fort Myers. We are the largest independent turnkey supplier for lumber, truss, doors, and windows for general contractors, multifamily and single-family builders.

• Ability to lead a group of construction superintendents
• 5+ years of supervisory experience
• Finished Carpentry Experience – Preferred
• Hardware/Lock Knowledge – Preferred
• Warranty or Defective Product Assessment
• Detail Oriented and Organized
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The applicant will be working closely with superintendents; they must be friendly and communicative, able to work a flexible schedule and adjust easily to changes. This fast‑moving job requires quick thinking and accuracy in the quality of work.
