As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing top‑notch service to our clients and ensuring their printing needs are met with precision and excellence.
Daily Responsibilities- Interact with clients to understand their printing needs and provide solutions
- Coordinate with production team to ensure timely delivery of printed materials
- Manage customer orders and ensure accuracy of details
- Handle inquiries and resolve any customer issues or concerns
- Assist with general office duties as needed
- Experience in commercial printing industry
- Knowledge of digital press
- Ability to operate binding equipment
- Proficiency in digital printing
- Experience with large format printing
Salary Range: $40,000.00 – $44,000.00 per year
