Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Treatment Plan Care Coordinator to join our fast‑growing team. In this role you will greet patients, manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and support the dental and hygienist work lists while maintaining excellent patient service.

• Complete daily insurance verifications for all scheduled patients.
• Present patient treatment plans and payment plan options.
• Greet all patients by first name with a friendly personality as they arrive and assist them throughout their office visit.
• Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the office or calling in on the phone.
• Confirm all future appointments and assist patients with billing questions.
• Submit insurance claims with proper attachments and narratives.
• Follow‑up with unscheduled recare/treatment appointments.
• Maintain provider schedules and track patient treatment with timely follow‑up.

• 2-3 years of experience preferred.
• Outstanding professionalism, high moral standards, and a self‑motivated work ethic.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with coworkers and patients.
• Driven personality committed to striving for excellence in patient care.

Guaranteed hourly rate $23‑$27 based on experience. We offer paid vacation, paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan with matching contributions.
