We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible emergency medicine physician to join our dynamic ED team. The ideal candidate will primarily work night shifts and thrive in a high-acuity setting, while valuing teamwork and remain committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based EM care.

Nested on the banks of the St. John River, Orange Park offers the allure of small-town living and the convenience of being on the southern fringe of metropolitan Jacksonville. Orange Park has abundant waterways that provide a unique location for water recreation and high-quality home sites.
Orange Park Medical Center is a full-service, acute-care hospital with 317 inpatient beds located in the heart of Orange Park, providing medical care to Clay County and surrounding communities. The hospital has 170 private rooms. There are nine labor, delivery and recovery room suites for new mothers and a seven-bed, Level-2 neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) for premature babies and those born with special needs.
There is also a 24-bed psychiatric unit, 20-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit and 20 intensive care unit (ICU) beds. This emergency department provides 52 treatment bays with four rooms that can quickly be converted in order to accommodate psychiatric patients. The ED treats approximately 65,000 patients per year which includes the adult ED, pediatric ED, and Express Care. The length of stay is below the national average.
In addition to two state-of-the-art Interventional Cardiovascular Catheterization labs, this facility has a full complement of ancillary services including 64-slice CT scan, on-site laboratory, decontamination tent, and air medical services transport are available.
