Lincoln Memorial University (LMU) is seeking a highly organized and student-focused Student Services Coordinator to join the DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine (DCOM) at our Orange Park, Florida campus
.
This position supports the Assistant Dean of Students and Associate Dean of Students in coordinating student support services and student activities for the Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) program
. The ideal candidate enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about creating a positive student experience.
- Support student services and student activities for medical students
- Assist with coordination of student events, communications, and programming
- Provide administrative support to student affairs leadership
- Help organize schedules, materials, and student-related processes
- Communicate with students, faculty, and staff to support student success
- Assist with office operations and student engagement initiatives
- High school diploma
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, or similar software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and basic math skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively
- Prior experience in student services, higher education, academic support, or related environments
