Lincoln Memorial University (LMU) is seeking a highly organized and student-focused Student Services Coordinator to join the DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine (DCOM) at our Orange Park, Florida campus
.

This position supports the Assistant Dean of Students and Associate Dean of Students in coordinating student support services and student activities for the Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) program
. The ideal candidate enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about creating a positive student experience.

• Support student services and student activities for medical students
• Assist with coordination of student events, communications, and programming
• Provide administrative support to student affairs leadership
• Help organize schedules, materials, and student-related processes
• Communicate with students, faculty, and staff to support student success
• Assist with office operations and student engagement initiatives

• High school diploma
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, or similar software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and basic math skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively

• Prior experience in student services, higher education, academic support, or related environments
