Position Overview
As a Personal Banker in PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Orange Park, FL. This in‑office role focuses on delivering an inclusive, customer‑centric experience while building brand loyalty and driving revenue.
Responsibilities- Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
- Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customers' share of wallet.
- Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
- Conduct proactive sales conversations using a defined process that includes outbound calling, service‑to‑sales interactions, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
- Deliver a full PNC conversation at each client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions.
- Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
- Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience.
- Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
- Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools, and resources.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to drive loyalty.
- Manage risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
- Display heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss.
- Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Roles at this level typically require an Associate’s degree or equivalent and 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
