Orange Park Foot Solutions LLC is looking for a detail-oriented Medical Billing Associate to join our growing DME footwear practice in Orange Park, FL. • Process and submit medical claims to insurance carriers accurately and in a timely manner
• Review and post insurance payments, adjustments, and patient payments (EOB/ERA processing)
• Follow up on outstanding claims, denials, and appeals to ensure maximum reimbursement
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits prior to appointments
• Communicate with patients regarding billing inquiries, balances, and payment plans
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical billing best practices
• Maintain accurate patient account records within the practice management system
• Schedule appointments
• Coordinate product arrival

• Prior experience in medical billing, coding, or healthcare revenue cycle management preferred
• Familiarity with ICD-10, CPT coding, and Medicare DME billing.
• Experience working with insurance carriers including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plans
• Proficiency with medical practice management or billing software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality standards
