Eagle Landing is seeking a highly motivated Pool Supervisor to lead the operations of our pool facilities. This leadership role is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality, safety, and delivering exceptional service in a fun, family-friendly environment. Candidates must feel comfortable working outside in varying weather conditions.

• Supervise daily operations across four community pools.
• Communicate regularly with our contracted pool service company daily to ensure maintenance and cleanliness.
• Managing the guest check-in processes and ensure a welcoming experience.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and inviting pool environment for members and guests.
• Oversee cleanliness of pool areas, remove debris, removing garbage, power washing surfaces, and maintaining patio furniture.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks (e.g., pumps, skimmers, drains).
• Train staff and uphold high service standards.
• Address member concerns with professionalism, patience, and strong customer service skills.

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality or a related field.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire).
• Strong leadership and team motivation abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Able to lift over 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
• Computer literate and able to use basic software for communication, scheduling, and reporting.

Qualified candidates will be supported in obtaining their Pool Operator Certificate after hire.
