District Manager Trainee

Circle K -  - Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and direction to store managers, including assistance in recruiting, selection, and orientation processes, assist with employee development and training programs; planning, monitoring and appraising job results.;
Establishes job expectations and provides coaching to develop action plans for issue resolution; administers counseling notices and initiates corrective actions.;
Manage controllable costs by budgeting, forecasting, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and taking corrective actions to ensure profitability.;
Collaborate with Marketing to implement promotions and new product introductions; provide feedback to category managers regarding stock issues; partner with vendors to ensure product availability and timely promotions.;
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and government regulations; enforce restricted sales policies; maintain safety and security and provide safety training.
