Realty Project Coach

As a Realty Project Coach on the Realty Execution team for Walmart US, you will own the delivery of remodel, new store, and special projects across the United States. You will ensure projects complete on time, within budget, and to Walmart’s standards of quality, safety, and operational impact. The role requires frequent travel, overnight stays, and the ability to lead and develop teams on the field.

• Own execution of projects in assigned stores, communicating plans, changes, and obstacles to stakeholders.
• Partner with store team leads to supervise hourly associates, handle escalations, and keep projects on track.
• Travel up to 1,000 miles from home, often away for 17–21 days at a time, at least 80% of the time.
• Manage overnight night shifts averaging 10–12 hours.
• Develop and mentor associates, providing recognition and career path guidance.
• Communicate with suppliers, store leadership and cross‑functional teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and the Open‑Door safety policy.

• Associate Development – Mentor, train, and recognize talent.

• Knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design.
• Experience leading people, projects, and cross‑functional teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field AND 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area, OR
• 3 years of experience in the same areas.

• Master’s degree in Business or related field.
• 1 year of experience leading cross‑functional teams.
• Project Management Management Professional Certification.

• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel up to 1,000 miles and spend up to 21 days away from home.
• Hours:
  
  Primarily overnight night shifts (10–12 hrs).
• Vaccinated and comply with Walmart’s drug‑free workplace policy.

Annual salary range: $60,000 – $110,000. May be eligible for performance bonuses and annual or quarterly incentives.
