Pay‑per‑visit, $45–$49 per visit plus Medicare differential, average full‑time earnings $85K+ annually, quarterly bonus opportunities, mileage reimbursement.

• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans focusing on mental and behavioral health
• Provide skilled nursing care and patient education

• Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Home health experience preferred, but not required
• Minimum of one year of experience in behavioral/mental health or psych nursing, especially with the geriatric population (required)
