A highly skilled Registered Nurse is needed for a Cath Lab assignment working in a dynamic and fast-paced hospital environment. This opportunity is an ideal fit for professionals seeking to make an immediate impact while further strengthening their Cath Lab expertise.

Schedule:

Four 10-hour shifts per week
7:00 am - 6:00 pm

Qualifications:

Current, unrestricted RN license
Minimum of one year recent experience in a Cath Lab setting
Strong knowledge of cardiac catheterization procedures, patient monitoring, and emergency response protocols
BLS and ACLS certification required
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to thrive both independently and within a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

Assist physicians during cardiovascular procedures, including preparation, monitoring, and post-procedure care
Provide direct nursing care to patients before, during, and after catheterization
Monitor vital signs and patient status, reacting promptly to changes
Administer medications and ensure accurate documentation in medical records
Educate patients and families regarding procedures, recovery, and aftercare
Adhere to all hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols
