Outpatient Rehab Office Coordinator PRN at HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital.

Responsibilities

Our Rehab Front Office Coordinator will serve as a primary receptionist, schedule outpatient appointments, type correspondence, obtain insurance authorization, and perform special projects assigned by the Director of Rehab.

Qualifications
  • Must have a collaborative working relationship with the business office, HIM, managed care office, and admitting/registration departments.
  • Must be able to effectively work and communicate with physicians, nurses, patients, therapists, and insurance companies.
  • Minimum of 2 years of scheduling or Administrative experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, EMR, Insurance Verifications.
