Unified Womens Healthcare, the largest physician practice management company dedicated solely to women, is seeking afull-time Certified Nurse Midwifeto join our affiliated partner,Dr. Hyler & Associates, serving the growing communities of Middleburg and Orange Park.

Dr. Hyler & Associates is a well-established, serving women and families in the Jacksonville area since 1996, and it has always been our mission to provide outstanding services while emphasizing one-on-one personal care and attention with our specialists.

• Locations:Three office sites -Orange Park, Middleburg,andFleming Island
• Hospital affiliations:Deliveries and surgeries performed atAscension St. Vincents Clay County and HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital
• Team structure:6 Board-Certified OB/GYNs, 1 physician assistant, and 8 CNMs

• Call schedule:Call Schedule evenly shared with team of Midwives;
  Contracted for 6 call days per month

• Patient volume:18
  -23 patients per day

• Compensation and Benefits:
• Base salary Year 1:$90k+

Requirements:

• AMCB Certified Nurse-Midwife
• Graduate of a nurse-midwifery education program accredited by ACNM Accreditation Commission for Midwifery Education (ACME)
• Master's degree in Nursing (MS/MSN)
• Active and unrestricted state registered nurse (RN) license
• CPR and NALS Certification
• Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
• New graduates are welcome to apply. Labor and delivery experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred
