Registered Nurse - OR

Location: Orange Park, Florida

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

• Provide exceptional perioperative care to patients across a wide range of surgical specialties
• Collaborate with surgeons and the surgical team to ensure safe, efficient procedures
• Monitor patients closely before, during, and after surgery for optimal outcomes
• Serve as a Charge RN when needed, guiding the team and managing daily operations
• Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech and follow all unit protocols

• Active RN license in Florida or compact license
• Minimum 2 years of OR nursing experience
• At least 1 year of Charge RN experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced surgical environment

• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures including trauma, robotics, orthopedics, and open heart
• Skilled in patient assessment and perioperative care
• Proficient with Meditech documentation system
• Ability to lead as Charge RN when required
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
