We are seeking an experienced Charge RN for our Surgery unit. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to providing high‑quality patient care in a fast‑paced environment.

• Manage and coordinate nursing care for surgical patients.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff within the unit.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Respond to and manage patient care emergencies effectively.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the Meditech system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• At least 1 year of Charge RN experience.
• Certifications:
  
  TNCC, BLS, ACLS, PALS required.
