Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)

Coverage Area:
Orange Park, FL / Clay County (Territories designed to minimize drive time with clustered scheduling)
- Pay-per-visit model: $45–$51 per visit+ Medicare differential pay
- Average full-time earnings: $85K+ annually
- Quarterly bonus opportunities
