Overview
We are a respected and growing cardiology group dedicated to providing comprehensive cardiovascular care across the region for over 50 years. Our collaborative environment emphasizes team‑based medicine, professional growth, and patient‑centered outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide inpatient and outpatient evaluation and management of cardiology patients under the supervision and collaboration of attending cardiologists.
- Perform patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., EKG, echocardiograms, stress testing), and formulate evidence‑based treatment plans.
- Manage chronic cardiovascular conditions, including hypertension, coronary artery disease, arrhythmias, and congestive heart failure.
- Participate in patient education, medication management, and coordination of multidisciplinary care.
- Support heart failure program initiatives including optimization of guideline‑directed medical therapy and follow‑up monitoring.
- Document all patient encounters in the EHR accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff to ensure seamless patient care.
Full‑Time, Monday–Friday (with potential for limited inpatient rounding at the weekends depending on office needs).

- Mileage or travel reimbursement for multi‑site coverage as applicable.
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician Assistant (PA‑C) in the State of Florida.
- National certification required (AANP/ANCC or NCCPA).
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Prior experience in cardiology or internal medicine preferred; heart failure experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to teamwork and high‑quality, compassionate care.
Bachelor's degree or higher.
ExperienceMinimum 2 years of experience as a licensed practitioner in the State of Florida. Prior experience in cardiology or internal medicine preferred; heart failure experience is a plus but not required.
