Concierge Home Care is hiring an Assisted Living (ALF) Home Health Registered Nurse (RN). If you're looking for a role where your time, expertise, and independence are truly valued—this is your opportunity to take control of your schedule and your income.
Coverage Area: Orange Park, FL / Clay County (Territories designed to minimize drive time with clustered scheduling)
Compensation & Earning Potential- Average full-time earnings: $85K+ annually

- Complete documentation using streamlined, AI-assisted tools
- Health insurance (starts after 30 days)
- PTO begins accruing on day one
- Mileage and data stipend, per company policy
- Flexible employment options:
Full-time, modified, and PRN - Supportive leadership and team culture
- Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Home health experience preferred, but not required
