Accent Care Inc is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) for home health in Orange Park. The full-time position covers Jacksonville and beaches, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no remote work.
Under RN supervision you will provide direct patient care for pediatric to geriatric patients, document progress, administer medications, and maintain accurate medical records. CPR certification and a valid state license are required, plus travel to all locations as needed.
