Haven Hospice seeks an On-Call Registered Nurse for Orange Park, FL. You will provide 1:1 hospice care during after-hours and weekends, delivering hands-on nursing, symptom management, and family support in patients' homes or facilities.
Requirements include an RN license in the state, 1 year of nursing experience (3+ years preferred), and hospice experience is preferred. A valid driver’s license and vehicle are expected for home visits.
