Duval County and surrounding areas (Territories designed to minimize drive time with clustered scheduling)

• Average full-time earnings: $45,000 - $55,000+ annually

• Provide skilled nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Perform patient assessments and assist with care planning
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and care plans
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to the supervising RN
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Complete documentation using streamlined, AI-assisted tools

• Active, unencumbered Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
