Job Description

Position:
Sales Associate – Entry Level
Location:
Sears Part Store, Orange Park area.
The Sales Associate is responsible for providing positive frontline contact with the customer, determining and meeting customer needs, providing customer assistance and support, and ensuring the customer’s experience is positive. The Associate will also provide excellent communication to translate customer needs into solutions and exercise the appropriate level of persuasiveness needed to close sales.
