  • Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train motivated individuals with the right attitude.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with a competitive drive to achieve goals.
  • Positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
  • Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Must pass background check and hair follicle drug screen.
