Part-Time Retail Sales Associate

$15.00 to $18.00 per hour.

We offer a commission structure that rewards you for every transaction. Our associates can earn up to 8% on sales, averaging an additional $4.32 per hour on top of the base rate.

We are seeking entry‑level, part‑time sales associates for our pawn store locations nationwide. The associate partners with all store staff to provide customer service on both the lending and retail sides of the business, greeting, engaging, and processing sales, loans, and other transactions for a wide variety of products including jewelry, tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and more.

• Greets and interacts with customers to build rapport and recommend financial solutions.
• Performs non‑management open/close procedures.
• Maintains a clean, stocked, and attractive sales floor.
• Processes sales and loan transactions in accordance with policies, procedures, practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Handles all cash and negotiable items following established policies.
• Answers incoming calls per company standards.
• Communicates legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
• Communicates effectively with coworkers and managers, showing respect and using effective communication tools.
• Partners with all employees to create a positive and memorable customer experience.
• Successfully completes assigned training.
• Other related duties as assigned.

• Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing and able to perform tasks for extended periods, including standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain firearms certification.
• Employees may assist a customer outside the building or retrieve products from exterior storage.
• Minimum age 18 years old.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Strong desire to work, serve customers, work with people, and be team‑oriented.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations proficiently.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work at multiple locations based on business needs.
• Must have ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literate and able to operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and common office machines.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged.

• Comprehensive schedule: most stores open 9:00 AM‑6:00 PM; many closed on Sundays.
