We are looking for motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Outside Sales Lead Generators. In this role, you will engage with potential customers face‑to‑face, generate interest in our automotive glass services, and schedule appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities- Speak with potential customers in assigned areas/territories
- Generate qualified leads and set appointments
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner
- Track daily activities and lead information
- Meet or exceed performance goals
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with new people
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Reliable transportation
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Not a Call Center Position. Requires daily travel to meet with qualified prospects.
