What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading an Automotive Internet Sales, BDC, or Digital Sales department.
• Experience building or significantly growing an Internet Sales operation is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, lead management, digital retailing, and AI‑powered sales tools.
• Highly proficient with AI technology, smartphones, iPads, mobile applications, and emerging digital platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to develop processes, improve lead conversion, and build high‑performing teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Results‑driven mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must pass pre‑employment background check and hair follicle drug test.
