In-Store Brand Promotions Agent

Florida Home Air Conditioning is seeking an In-Store Brand Promotions Agent to represent our residential HVAC services inside big-box retail locations. In this fast-paced, customer-focused role, you'll engage shoppers, explain home comfort, air quality, and energy-efficiency solutions, and generate qualified leads for in-home consultations. You'll set appointments, track activity, and collaborate closely with our service and sales teams. Ideal candidates are outgoing, reliable, and comfortable approaching customers.

Responsibilities

• Engage retail shoppers to promote residential HVAC and indoor air quality services
• Explain basic HVAC, comfort, and energy-efficiency benefits to homeowners
• Qualify prospects and capture customer contact details accurately
• Schedule in-home consultations and service appointments for sales and service teams
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly lead generation targets
• Maintain a professional, branded presence at in-store display or kiosk
• Record activity, leads, and follow-ups in company systems or tools
• Coordinate with field technicians and sales staff to ensure smooth handoff of leads
• Follow safety, conduct, and appearance standards in partner retail locations
• Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and customer approach
