Job DescriptionAllied Universal Services is currently searching for a Professional Security Shift Supervisor
. The Shift Security Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The supervisor will act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers. Responsibilities include supervising staff on the assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within the approved empowerment range.
Full Time – Pay Rate: $22.00/hr shift schedule:
Tuesday – Thursday 12:30 – 20:30;
Friday & Saturday 13:00 – 21:00.
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
- Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; able to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional manner.
- Ability to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines.
- Often required to prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting.
- Read and understand all operating procedures and instructions.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle as required.
- Successfully complete a background investigation and a pre‑employment drug/alcohol test; may be required to pass a Driver’s Record check.
- Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client‑specific sites.
- Ability to handle both common and crisis situations at the client site calmly and efficiently.
- Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.

- Seven paid holidays annually at time and a half, if worked.
- 40 hours of vacation after one year of employment at eligible work assignments; unused vacation is paid out where required by law.
