Location:

On-Site in Orange Park, Florida, 32073

Pay: $30-34/hour

Join our electrical manufacturing team as an Electrical Technician at the A Level, where you will be responsible for building cables and harnesses in our shop.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and harness boards to fabricate cables and harnesses.
• Use hand tools to perform wiring termination and assembly, including wire stripping, connector pins/sockets, and shielded twisted pair splicing.
• Secure wires with cable ties, sleeving, and conduit.
• Conduct quality and continuity tests on terminated or installed cables and harnesses using multimeters.
• Follow and complete work orders and instructions.
• Adhere to tool control and FOD guidelines.

Essential

Skills:

• Electrical and schematic knowledge.
• Experience in crimping and bench tech work.
• Avionics and wiring termination experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• 6-8 years of aircraft avionics/electrical related experience preferred.

Additional Skills &

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Navair spec 01-1-505 and IPC 610/620.
• Familiarity with MIL-spec, circular, and fiber optic connector types.
• Security clearance is a plus.
• Fiber Optic cable fabrication experience is a plus.
• May be required to travel to offsite locations for deliveries, installations, and modifications.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $70720.00/yr.
