Company Driver – Refrigerated

Start Date:
ASAP
- $0.65 CPM solo / $0.70 CPM team (starting) (1099)
- 2500‑3500 miles average weekly
- Incentives at 14,000 miles/month
- Detention, layover & breakdown pay
- Paid hotel for resets
- DOT inspection incentives
- Refrigerated (some dry) – No touch freight
- Majority drop & hook; pick up & delivery
- OTR lanes:
South, Southwest & Northwest (no East Coast runs) - Fast orientation (under 1 day)
- Home time: 2 weeks out / 3 days home
- Consistent freight, predictable schedule
- Newer Freightliners & Volvo trucks
- APU, inverter, fridge & microwave
- Steady miles, no touch freight
- CDL‑A license
- 18‑24 months minimum OTR experience
