Salary/Wage Range or Industry Benchmark: 30 - 37 USD Hourly USD 30.00 37.00 HOUR

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base pay rate of $30.00 to $37.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:

Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
Prepare, review, and reconcile accounts receivable for proper accounting.
Research and respond to credit card chargebacks and disputes in a timely manner.
Assist in month-end closing processes, including balance sheet reconciliations.
Compile and analyze data and reports related to the month-end close process.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and month-end close processes.
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
Demonstrate advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Macros, and formulas.
Show the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
Need to have previous experience in daily cash reconciliation .

Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
