Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the completeness and accuracy of journal entries, account reconciliations, and assigned analyses
- Lead projects and ensure proper preparation and documentation of related journal entries
- Ensure accuracy of foreign currency adjustments, elimination entries, and expense allocations during month-end close
- Participate in audits and quarterly reviews by preparing support schedules and responding to requests
- Contribute to the development of global accounting policies and improvements to the close process
- Show experience in Big 4 public accounting or a combination of public and private with 5+ years of GL experience
- Adhere to SOX 404 compliance and internal control procedures
- Support internal and external reporting processes, including financial packages and SEC filings
- Maintain high standards of quality, reliability, and professionalism in all work
- Exhibit strong teamwork, persistence, and entrepreneurial thinking in a fast-paced environment
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 2+ years of related experience or equivalent
- Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats with various stakeholders
- Apply strong mathematical and analytical skills to practical accounting situations
- Solve problems independently and determine tax compliance requirements with minimal supervision
- Use advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel; experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 is preferred
