Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and filing of quarterly and annual SEC reports including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K
- Supervise and support consolidation entries, eliminations, and subsidiary financial reviews
- Prepare reconciliations, roll-forward schedules, and journal entries for accounts such as leases, debt, and equity
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Contribute to the development of global accounting policies and participate in external reporting system implementations
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support financial reporting and compliance
- Communicate effectively through well-written reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage multiple priorities and contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced environment
- Understand and apply SOX compliance standards and internal control procedures across reporting functions
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification preferred
- 4+ years of relevant accounting experience, including SEC reporting and consolidations
- Interpret and apply GAAP and SEC standards, including technical accounting for major corporate events
- Possess experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar ERP systems
- Demonstrate ability to research and document technical accounting memos and support audit processes
