Job Responsibilities:
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Perform general and cost accounting activities, including analysis of manufacturing costs and variances.
- Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, accruals, and sub-ledgers with proper documentation.
- Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and cash management processes.
- Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and supporting schedules for internal and external reporting.
- Demonstrate proficiency in ERP/accounting systems such as Quick Books or Net Suite.
- Apply strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP, audit processes, and internal controls.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and variance analysis.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external auditors.
- Manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate results under tight deadlines.
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA license strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and industry roles.
- Possess experience with cost accounting, inventory valuation, and manufacturing variance analysis.
- Exhibit excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Operate effectively in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment with a proactive mindset.
