Job Responsibilities:
- Performs audit procedures in complex areas and supervises junior staff
- Serves as the primary day-to-day contact for audit clients across multiple industries
- Reviews financial statements and internal processes to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Provides feedback to management on internal controls and process improvements
- Advises clients on technical, regulatory, and strategic business matters
- Applies strong knowledge of life sciences, SEC, manufacturing, real estate, or technology industries
- Functions independently while contributing to a collaborative audit team environment
- Manages hybrid work schedules with flexibility and accountability
- Builds technical competence and leadership skills through hands-on client engagement
- Delivers clear and understandable insights to audit committees and boards of directors
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field
- 2+ years of audit experience at a CPA firm or in a related role
- Completes a minimum of 40 hours of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) annually
- Maintains or is actively pursuing a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
- Demonstrates effective communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
